Early School
Pisgah Early School provides students, ages six weeks to Pre-k, the highest quality of education from the earliest age. Our fully accredited preschool program offers a low student-to-teacher ratio and small classes where children can explore, develop and interact with other kids in a fun, structured setting.
Because we know that young children learn by doing, we provide students hands-on activities and close interaction with teachers. Our curriculum is carefully planned with fun activities that promote cognitive development, creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, through these fun activities, children begin developing a love for learning.
Lower School
Inspiring and cultivating intellectual curiosity is a fundamental aspect of Pisgah Lower School. Individualized attention, nurturing teachers and strong academics create the perfect opportunity for children to foster a love of learning. From foreign language and art to music and Christian education, Lower School students are appropriately challenged through a wide-ranging curriculum. Multi-media technology, physical education, library skills, and etiquette are also taught to help round out each child's school experience.
Middle School
Pisgah Middle School provides a safe, nurturing environment for students to thrive. Students are challenged academically while developing organizational skills, effective study habits and strong communication skills. Pisgah’s smaller class size combined with a student-focused culture allows teachers to focus on individual students, thereby encouraging independent learning and personal responsibility. Pisgah Middle School establishes a firm foundation from which students can reach academic success through high school and college.
Upper School
The Upper School program prides itself on “providing big school opportunities in a small school setting.” By designing the curriculum to offer maximum flexibility in course options, Upper School students can pursue their areas of passion in an academically rigorous environment.
Pisgah offers Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses in all core classes and electives that meet the diverse interests of our student body. The results are impressive with Pisgah AP students netting nearly an 80% passing rate on the nationally administered AP exams, far exceeding their peer group.
