Chorus
The Pisgah Chorus program is under the direction of full time Director Mr. Erik Buxton. Eminently qualified as both an educator and performer, Mr. Buxton provides a challenging, yet entertaining vocal music experience that is open to all sixth through twelfth graders.
Several evening concerts and other showcase experiences are presented throughout the year, including a special program for the dedication of the annual Senior Christmas tree. Mr. Buxton also coaches individual and small ensemble groups in preparation for various festivals and musical theatre performances.
Chorus is offered at the LowerSchool for our fourth and fifth grade students in the after school enrichment program. All Primary school students enjoy exposure to vocal music, and kindergarten through fifth grade students are given vocal performance opportunities in grade level plays.

Singing Sensation
What do you want to do for the rest of your life? Katie Luther knew the answer before she could even talk. “My mom and dad say I have been singing ever since I could speak!'
Katie's impressive resume includes winning at least one singing competition each year, being listed in The Fulton County Music Teachers Association and Georgia Music Teacher Association newsletters and being chosen to sing in the GISA honors chorus for three years. Katie credits her Pisgah Experience with boosting her confidence, preparing her for large audiences, and creating lasting memories.
