Boys Soccer Opens with Win

The Pisgah boys soccer team opened their 2012 campaign with a 1-0 win over George Walton Academy. Justin Kim scored for the Patriots in what Head Caoch Andy Trevers called a "highly intense game."

The team is back in action on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Duluth High School.

The varsity boy’s soccer team finished the season 4-8 overall and continued to show great improvement throughout the season. The team dropped 1-0 games to Wesleyan and Fellowship. They also lost 4-1 to a Paideia squad who advanced to the state final four.
