Pisgah Arts Parent's Association (PAPA)

Mission

PAPA’s Mission Statement is currently under development based on the following focus:

  1. to raise awareness and showcase Arts in the Pisgah community
  2. raise money to support curricular and extracurricular activities which will enhance and enrich students’ art experiences
  3. Support staff with time, talent, and prayers

 

History

PAPA, in a very short time, has made a difference and demonstrated a desire within the Pisgah community to develop a top quality Arts program.

  • Established Fall of 2009
  • Year 1 – 40 members (Fall 2009-2010)
  • Year 2 – 99 members  (Fall 2010-present)
  • PAPA funds raised for Pisgah Art Faculty Wish List (see tangible results below)

PAPA is playing a significant role in achieving Pisgah’s Vision to “inspire each community member to discover, explore and pursue God-given talents and purpose.”
