International Program

International Student Application Checklist

  • Completed and Signed Application and Application Fee of $125.00 U.S. Dollars.
  • Official Transcripts - all submitted transcripts must be official and translated into English.
  • Evaluation Forms - Submit Language Arts and Math Teacher Evaluations and Counselor Evaluations.
  • Student Interview - If your child is not currently in the metro-Atlanta area, a student video or phone call interview is required as part of the admission process.
  • Secondary School Admissions Test (SSAT) - Required for all 6-12th grade students. You may sign up for the SSAT through the official website: www.ssat.org
  • English Proficiency Test (TOEFL or SLEP) - The TOEFL is a requirement for all international students applying for grades 9-12. To locate a test site near you, please refer to the webiste: www.ets.org/toefl. The SLEP is a requirement for all international students applying for grades 6-8. To find a test site near you, please refer to the website: www.ets.org/slep.

After Acceptence to Enroll

  • Enrollment Agreement and Payment -  The enrollment contract with a full, non-refundable tuition payment and $4,000.00 registration fee is due at time of enrollment to the Admissions Office. International students must pay in full prior to enrollment and before an I-20 can be issued.
  • Copy of Current Stamped I-20 (if any) - Please note that immigration status must be clearly documented and approved prior to applying in order for the children to attend school in the United States. All legal documentation must be submnitted with the application.
  • Health and Immunization Forms - a Georgia DHR Immunization from 3231 must be on file before the student may begin class.
  • Copy of Current Passport
  • Copy of Current Visa (if any)

I-20 Issuance (after enrollment)

Please note that an I-20 will not be issued until we receive the following items:

  • Your child's dated and signed enrollment contract and a non-refundable full tuition payment
  • Notarized letter from the student's parents designating person(s) who the student will reside with while in the United States, including the residence of applicant during academic year, as of the date of enrollment.
  • Signed enrollment contract
  • Full non-refundable tuition
  • International Student Information - Name, Date of Birth, Country of Birth, Country of Citizenship, Foreign Address, U.S. Address, Transfer I-20
