The Application Process for Lower School
· Information and Tour
· Submit application for Admission either online or mail in hard copy with $125.00 application fee
· Submit Official transcripts (Grades 1-5)
· Submit completed Confidential Teacher Evaluation forms
· Submit updated Immunization and eye, ear, dental health forms
· Screening/Shadow Process
· Attend family interview
· Attend shadow day
The Application Process for Middle/Upper School
· Information and Tour
· Submit application for Admission either online or mail in hard copy with $125.00 application fee
· Submit Official transcripts (Grades 6-12)
· Submit completed Confidential Teacher Evaluation forms
· Submit completed Confidential Counselor Evaluation forms
· Submit updated Immunization and eye, ear, dental health forms
· Register for the SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) at www.ssat.org with school code 5249
· Attend personal interview
· Attend family interview
· Attend shadow day
Feedback from an average of ten sources is utilized to define an applicant’s potential for success at Pisgah. Approximately six individuals serve on each Review Committee.
